Exciting times
Its arrived! When the laundry landed in Barunga in late January, 2019 it was a really exciting day. The heat and the sun were no deterrants to Steve and Alexa who had worked hard to get to this point.
Next steps
Employing and training staff as to manage the laundry, setting opening hours and working with the community to spread awareness of the laundry were also top on the priority list. Formally opening the laundry and telling the world about the concept is priority – for a little organisation, AIG sure knows how to think big!!
Grand opening
Come along and help us to celebrate the turning opening of the laundry – February 28, 2019 at 11am-1pm at the laundry site in Barunga (just next to the store). We hope to see you there.
