Young representatives from the Heart Foundation’s Champions4Change program also joined the Aboriginal Investment Group and the Heart Foundation of Australia at the conference. Having lived experience of RHD, the champions are passionate about supporting the emotional and social needs of their communities – their voices were incredibly powerful.
