This project could not fly without endorsement from the AIG Board. Each AIG board member represents one of the seven northern regions of the NT and each member provides perspective and guidance on the way AIG money should be spent in the community.
When told about the laundry project, the board quickly agreed it made good business and social sense for Barunga. More broadly however, it was seen as a critical for many communities in the seven northern regions.
